PRODUCT DEMONSTRATOR

Primary Responsibility : The Product Demonstrator reports to Demo Manager/Demo Team Lead. The product demonstrator is responsible for executing the demonstration of our vendor’s products.

Specific Responsibilities :

Learning about the specific products we will be demonstrating.
Arrive at store on time, as scheduled.
Adhere to the product demonstrator dress code.
Meet all vendors’ sales goals for the specific products.
Maintain excellent communication practices.
Be aware of what the competition is doing.
Perform various administrative duties as required.

Specific Tasks :

Set demo appointment with the store manager to conduct the product demo.
Arrive at store on time and set up the product table where store manager has assigned for you.
Talk to customers about their pets, and their pet’s needs, providing them solutions with our products.
Be professional, courteous, and helpful to all customers.
You are the spokesperson for the vendor, and for The Pet Firm.
Turn in completed demo paperwork on time to demo manager.
Attend demo team conference calls when scheduled.
Make recommendations for improvements.
Any other reasonable request related to the job.

Qualifications :

Demo experience preferred.
Effective communicator
Ability to develop relationships with Pet Parents.
Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
Must have daily internet access.
